How do you stay motivated when loss is slow?
It's so frustrating! I've been eating 1200 kcal for the last few months. At first, the weight just fell off. But after I got under 120 lbs, it kept creeping slower and slower. Are steps per day a good way to gauge activity level?
I consider myself lightly active at best, because I spend most of the day sitting. But I make sure to get at least 15,000 steps per day. Am I gauging my activity level incorrectly? Are resistance band exercises worthwhile?
My aunt was cleaning recently and gave me a whole bag of exercise bands she'd had laying around. I've never used these before. Are they any good?
