Anyone have a running tutrtle tattoo?
My deal with the wife is I can have my mid life crisis after I finish my first Half in March. I want to get a running turtle tattoo, but not something super cartoonish. Having a hard time finding any examples on the web. Anyone have one themselves?

I really want General Tso's Chicken :)
So I've been good... but the one thing that honestly has almost broken me is General Tso's Chicken. Yes, it is awful for me. But god it smelled sooooo good. Need some decent BT headphones
Ok now that I am running more I really want some good stereo non-earbud headphones. Something that goes around the back of the head. Has to be pretty large, I've got a big melon :) Anyone have any suggestions?

Any suggestions for fats?
I am trying to keep the 40/30/30 ratio but the one I have the most problem with ironically is fat ;) I don't like salad dressings. I don't eat mayo or cheese (hate it). I occasionally cook with some olive oil but that's not enough. I will eat an avacado from time to time... but I really need something new! Ideas?
