toning plateau
Hi, I've been working out and dieting for a while now and pretty much around a healthy goal weight. I strength train 3 days with day 1) chest/tricep, day 2) back/bicep, day 3) shoulders/legs, with one rest day, then repeat. I also do cardio 30-90 minutes 4-6 days a week with rest days.
