I do 3 days, then rest, and repeat. Day 1: Chest/Triceps, Day 2: Back/Biceps, Day 3: Shoulders (and sometimes legs). thanks guys! :D I had grilled some yesterday and baked it today. I think I prefer it grilled. I was just making sure that it was equally healthy :D
