Hi,

I've been working out and dieting for a while now and pretty much around a healthy goal weight.

I strength train 3 days with day 1) chest/tricep, day 2) back/bicep, day 3) shoulders/legs, with one rest day, then repeat. I also do cardio 30-90 minutes 4-6 days a week with rest days.

I feel like my arms are getting nicely toned but I just can't get rid of the flab in my upper arms/inner thighs.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips?

PS. I just started taking a scoop of protein supplement two days ago with water in the morning to see if it helps ^^

Have you thought about using heavier weights while training. Also changing up your exercise. Try something different. The inner thighs....... I started adding hills on my treadmill and I am noticing a difference.

I feel like I'm already using pretty heavy weights (10-90 lbs depending on exercise).

I will definitely try the treadmill with hills, thanks! :D
