Can I be undereating and not losing weight?
Begginer here. I did a calculator calorie counter to see how many calories I should eat based on my weight and height to lose weight and it says 2100 a day. I eat about 1500-1750 a day and exercise. Can this make me not lose weight if im not eating enough?

How long does water weight stick around for?
Ive been losing weight slowly but over the weekend i had a big cheat day and showed a 5 lb weight gain. Usually it does down after a day or 2 but its been 4 days and im still up 5 lbs. Is this normal? Or did i actually eat so much i gained it back 😔
