Help! Spaghetti/Pasta
Hi, I have just had some Wholemeal Spaghetti and weighed it after I had eaten it. It was 125g worth, but thats coming up as over 400 calories?! There wasnt much on my plate at all! Should I have weighed it before cooking it or is it right with weighing after? Please help!!
