Thank you all! I looked up stretches for calf muscles and these have helped. I also now warm up and down more than she does on the DVD. I don't think there is enough leg stretching in the warm up so add more myself in before I press play! Thankfully it seems to have calmed down more now I have gone onto level 2, and I swap…

I very rarely eat cheese anymore! And dont use oil to cook anymore. Also dont eat much bread, I do miss a good slice of marmite on toast!

I find the best yoghurt to have as part of a breakfast is Muller Lights, usually 95 calories per pot.

Thank you everyone. I am eating chicken a couple of times a day and my breakfast includes yoghurt. Glad to hear I am fine going over it, been exercising more too so should be good for repairing

I am having a wrap for lunch eveyday. A mini one, full of peppers, rocket and one slice of ham :) mmmm

I wouldnt say its about rolling around on the ground, well what I did certainly wasnt.. unfortunately!

I did Ju Jitsu for 9 years, I achieved a Black Belt 2nd Dan and loved every minute of it! It keeps you fit, you meet brill people and learn how to defend yourself.
