What happened to my motivation?
I was doing good - I had lost 11 lbs. And now I've gained 4 of those back. I have no motivation to work out right now. Like I do, such as showing my ex what he's missing and those *****es that I AM better than them.. But physically I just can't bring myself to do it. Can anyone help me out? How can I make myself actually…

Exercising in the morning vs. at night!
Okay so I've heard that it's better to work out in the morning, but I've also heard that it's better to work out at night. Like if you do it one or the other you supposedly burn more calories. Which do you guys think it is?
