What happened to my motivation?

I was doing good - I had lost 11 lbs. And now I've gained 4 of those back. I have no motivation to work out right now. Like I do, such as showing my ex what he's missing and those *****es that I AM better than them.. But physically I just can't bring myself to do it. Can anyone help me out? How can I make myself actually work out?

I think you should just take smaller steps towards your goal weight. Maybe start by walking 30 minutes a day, 2 -3 days a week. It's low intensity but concentrate on telling yourself that you are proud of being physically active. Tell yourself that you are feeling stronger each day/week, etc. You wil be building positive emotions with working out. Eventually you will be proud of how far you've come and you can add more time to each walk, or even start jogging if you can.
Long story short, start small so you don't hate it, dread it, etc.
A lot of people on MFP have commented after the first 20 lbs something just clicks and they actually want to work out. It has to be from the progress and seeing results.
My beautiful friend has lost 30 lbs walking 60 minutes a day, 5 times a week, and watching her calories. Keep reading MFP for encouragement and praise yourself for starting!

Sometimes you just need to take babysteps. It sounds like you have had some disappointments lately so just be gentle with yourself. Keep eating correctly, counting calories as babystep one. Then, maybe just take a 30 minute walk or even park way out in the parking lot when you have to shop. If you do feel like exercising, it will make you feel better. Listen to music while you exercise, that helps with the doldrums. Good luck to you on your journey, you can do this, keep affirming just what a beautiful person you are and tell yourself that each and every day!0
