I NEED HELP TOTALLY NEW TO THIS
Hey guys I was wondering is it realistic to lose 25-30 pounds in 2 and a half months? Also when you lose weight does it take off inches to? I am planning on exercising for an hour to an hour and a half each day. Watch what I eat and enjoy life. But how do you get motivated to do it everyday?

Right before I joined I started exercising but whats holding me back on the eating right is that I have a unbearable salty/sweet tooth hence my five ft status at 160 pounds.
