NEED SUPPORT FROM WOMEN

Right before I joined I started exercising but whats holding me back on the eating right is that I have a unbearable salty/sweet tooth hence my five ft status at 160 pounds. Is there a way to satisfy my sweet tooth during my special time of the month without going overboard? I need support so please friend me!!!
P.S. Anyone know of FREE but great exercise regimen that target belly and thighs those are my areas and I would like to do it in the privacy of my home. Are there exercises to make my calf's smaller
