Hey My Name is Anthony, I started MFP at 224 lbs and lost my 1st 10 lbs in a week... I woke up yesterday and I had GAINED weight 216.6.. The 1st 10 lbs
I stared losing weight on 6/2/12, I was 224 lbs, today, 6/9/12, I am 214 even... I lost 10 lbs in less than 1 week... It feels amazing! Thanks MFP!!!
