My diet doctor says only eat 800 calories a day to lose weight
When I type in what I weigh and what I want to weigh, MFP says to eat 1200 calories a day. I'm confused as to which one to believe. My weight was stalled when eating 1200 calories a day. Eating only 800 a day, I have lost some weight.

Eating on work days
When I am off work, I do not eat as much. I feel more in control. I am more physically busy and not chained to a desk. It is harder to try to stick to a food plan when I am at work. Exhaustion comes into the mix and I am prone to reach for anything to quench my hunger.

too painful for workout but ready to lose
i have heard some really good things about this site and I'm ready to try. I need to lose my pot belly and get in better shape..I have been in too much pain to work out but hopefully will get some relief on 24 August. In the meantime, I want to try this fitness pal thing and see if it helps.
