How many calories should I eat for breakfast?
For some reason, when I wake up in the morning, I am really hungry and I end up eating like 500-700 calories for breakfast. Is this normal?? What is the range of calories that I should be eating for breakfast? It seems like I get really hungry when I wake up and really hungry by the end of the day.

How do you log homemade food?
I was wondering about this for a while. When I make crab salad or tuna salad, I log each individual item and put how much I plan to eat of it. Is it better to do it that way or is it better for me to search for the "tuna salad" rather than put each individual ingredient in?

So I just got the Zumba exercise DVD's and I was wondering how effective this is for weightloss? I love to dance and I really would enjoy this a lot.
