I recorded my current weight so my lbs lost so far should be 6.8lbs but mfp put 'lost 6.8 pounds since her last weigh-in! She's lost 3.5 pounds so far.' confusing , and also is 6pounds a bit too much to lose in a week , ive been given 1200 calories , im happy but worried

eating 5 a day but going over my sugar limit
i only eat 5 pieces of fruit no other sugary food whatsoever but i still go over my sugar intake should i eat less fruit or does it not matter ? i cant eat any vegetable as i completely hate it

how long into your weight loss did you start noticing a chan
ive been doing it for 20 days but still dont see a change . ive been doing the 30 day shred , i lost a few lbs the first few weeks but now i dont see any change and its kind of making me give up a little bit .

my weight loss progress going giving the wrong number!!
hello my starting weight is 158.7 but now my current weight is 156.3 , everytime i put it into the check in it puts on my wall that i lost 0.7 pounds which is definalty not right , anyone know why it does that?
