first day I hit 10,000 steps my charge vibrated and displayed a cute flash of congrads and fireworks banner. Yesterday when I hit my goal only the vibrations. What happened to the banner?

Leslie Sansone and fitbit
I walk 3 miles daily, but decided to try out the video and check stats with fitbit. It was right on the money! I live in Florida and summer can get hot, winter can be cold and rainy. WWYD- bad nutrition day.
Yesterday was our 34 wedding anniversary....thankyou..thankyou. Work let me out early, and I had my eating all logged into MFP. Does MFP automatically go to it when you you reach goal weight? How do you know how many calories to eat? Can not find anything about it. Not that I am there yet.

milk substitute
I just got container of blue diamond almond breeze unsweetened vanilla "milk". Not bad, for cereal I will only use 1/2 cup, fruit, and spenda w/cereal of choice- lately it has been fiber one raisin bran clusters. My MLK only a mere 15 calories. Not a bad deal hu? Any other suggestions on saving calorie tips? Thanks
