A small food victory
I LOVE ice cream. Today I really wanted Ben and Jerry's so a bought the frozen yogurt and measured out 1/2 cup, a real serving, and didn't just eat until most of the container was gone. And you know what? It was OK, I didn't feel like I missed anything...except quite a few calories.
