How do you log a cardio class?
Maybe a dumb question, but I'm going to ask it anyway... Using Zumba as an example... if a Zumba class is 60 minutes long, but you do 5 minutes of warming up and 5 minutes of cooling down, do you log 50 minutes of Zumba + 10 minutes of stretching? Or do you just log 60 minutes of Zumba?
