I'm back!
Hello everybody! I started using this site about 4 years ago, when I was struggling to lose the last 10 pounds. Unfortunately, the 'last 10 pounds' turned into 60 pounds as I developed an eating disorder. I was down to 70 pounds, I had a heart attack, and was hospitalized before I started to gain again. That was 3 years…

I need some horsey friends.
I love talking horse or anything else for that matter! I'd love to have some new friends who ride, own or just love horses. :) I'm good support too :D

Family against weight loss?
My family was happy when I decided to get healthier, but now they are saying I'm 'too skinny' and 'don't eat enough' and 'work out too often'. I slowed down a little bit and tried to make it seem like I'm eating more and working out less when around them, but it didn't help at all. They even got me diagnosed with an eating…

I'm getting a little squishy.. why?
The past few days I have noticed that my waist area has been getting a little bigger and squishier, compared to the muscle tone I used to have. I can't weigh myself (no scale available) so I can't really tell if I gained, but I'm wondering which of these is more likely to make it that way: A little less than 3 weeks ago, I…
