when you're exercising-following along with a dvd are you calling it aerobics or what when you log it?

Over age 40 with somewhere around 40 to lose. Post!
I'm 49. Need to lose at least 50 more pounds. I'm inconsistent but trying. I ride my exercise bike, count calories, and do my dvd exercise, and throw some 5 pound weights around now and then. Definitely a work in progress. Add me for a friend if you like.

Dangling flab question!! Have you lost lots of weight?
I really don't know so I'm not asking this to be rude. If a person loses a lot of weight doing it gradually through diet and exercise will the dangling flab like lower arm flab "suck" back in?
