I'm 49. Need to lose at least 50 more pounds. I'm inconsistent but trying. I ride my exercise bike, count calories, and do my dvd exercise, and throw some 5 pound weights around now and then. Definitely a work in progress. Add me for a friend if you like.

I'll add you! I am 48 with 30 pounds to lose. It has NEVER been this slow before...I think my age is catching up with me. I used to be able to diet for a few weeks and lose it all...I have been at this since June 18 and have only lost 7 pounds. UGH!!0

Hi I'm , 52 and I have to lose 40 more pounds. I've lost 13 in last 3 weeks. I gave myself a 1600 calories. I ride my bike started at 2miles to 8 miles every other day and I walk 2 miles the other days.0
