1200cals to 1300cals am I on the road to failure?
Hi,so I've decided to up my cals from 1200 to 1300 because I'm always sooo hungry which means I'll only loose around 1.5lbs per week instead of 2lb I feel absolutely gutted because at first I found it easy then as the days go by it got harder and harder,is anyone else in this amount of cals or am I just the greedy one out…
