Hi all I'm new here,just discovered this wonderful app on my iPad,I've been advised on 1200 calorie per day diet,which doesnt seem so bad,I'm totally addicted to cafe latte and bagels =| so I'm currently trying to cut down my coffe intake and replace it with lemon water which I've heard is a great weightloss aid,I have 3 children my youngest is 3 eldest is 6 so I have quite abit of stubborn belly fat and also the biggest face I've ever seen lol,I'm currently a size 16 and would like to get down to a size 10-12,being very top heavy at a ff cup size I think any smaller and I'd look very out of proportion,but most of all I just want to buy nice clothes and not just "fat" clothes,I hope to make some new friends here and share my journey,nice to meet you all,humayrah xxx

    You may well find that as you lose weight, your bra size drops a wee bit, so you may not stay quite as top heavy :)
