Measuring
So last night I wanted to have a bowl of cereal. :bigsmile: I realized tat 2 cups in a measuring cup did not equal 16 ounces on the scale. :huh: How are you all weighing / measuring your food?? Now I am wondering if I have been doing it all wrong all along and thats why Im not losing...:noway:

Frusterated
:explode: ok...so I am on week 3. The first week I lost 6 lbs but nothing since and this week I actually gained a pound...what am I doing wrong?? Someone told me yesterday its my body reorganizing to adjust to the lower calorie intake but I dont now anythng about that :ohwell:

To Much Protein
I keep going over in my Protein...but generally within my calorie limit....Should I be concerned :huh: or is it ok???

Snacking
Hi everyone, I am Carmen today is my first day!! Off to a good a start but I am wondering...I need some ideas for crunchy snacks. I am a grazer so I am having a hard time not having something to snack on all day...uggg this is so hard but so necessary. Thanks in advance =)
