lost weight
Since joining this fitness pal I have lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. just by paying attenion to what I eat and how much.My wife Kathy started me on this site. To be honest I was eating poorly.And not going to the gym.Now I'm back at the gym and eating better and in 2 weeks I went from 195 to 187. Yea! My goal is 170 or better…
