I was wondering if anyone else is using a body bugg in conjunction with MFP? I am getting some conflicting data! What do you anchor it to?
I have a silly question...when using a resistance band and the instructions say to "anchor" at eye level, waist level, and so on...what the heck do you anshor it to so that it doesn't come at you?! I know if it is to be anchored above the head you can anchor it in a door...but what about the other levels...any suggestions?…

No Cardio For 2 weeks???
I think this plan sounds great...except...NO CARDIO??? Does anyone else find this difficult? I think that I might "loosly" follow this plan and hope for the best! Any thoughts?

Confused about Exercise Cal Burn
I was just wondering...what do most people log as calories burned...what the machienes at the gym say or what MFP estimates? I find that MFP is usually much higher than what the readout on the machienes is...any suggestions? Thanks!
