Couldn't resist it any more...finished off the kids Kraft Mac n cheese last night...for almost 1000 Cal...but it fit into my day and I won't be craving that again anytime soon!

Thanks for the encouragement! I did w1d2 today and feel like I am fetting back in the swing of things....just taking it super slow to avoid any injuries by trying too much too soon!

When I get started I eat lots of carrots, apples, popcorn, etc. ....things that are low cal, high fiber that make me feel full longer .....and tons of water! Best of luck!

Starting over...."graduated Sept 2013" but then had surgery and then started a new job and haven't ran since :( completed w1d1 this morning before work....at 2:30am....hoping to find the motivation to keep getting up early enough to run!

I didn't eat before my 5 am workouts for the first few weeks...but then I started to not be able to work out as hard as I would like so I have a protien shake as I leave the house the breakfast when I get home.

I also have a boddy bugg and I love it! I rarely wear sleeveless shirts so I am able to hide it under my clothes and nobody knows! I think that it is really accurate as I have been able to lose every week that I have worn it...which has been off and on for over a year!

Calorie counting works...and for me it is the easiest way to lose weight. As for running I have been doing the C25K program...9 week program that takes you from short runs up to a 5K. I have had really good luck with this! Good luck on your new journey!

I know it's not the popular response but I love soda...I drink 2-3 cans of diet soda a day and have had no problems losing...sometimes it is what I need to satisfy my sweet tooth...better than grabbing a snickers!!
