Same as my problem. There are some things you could do like drinking more water preferably a glass before or with your meal. Don't miss your meals just proportion them. Eat more filling foods for example go oatmeal instead of cereal. Try chewing gum. Hope some of these help ;)

Also one thing, if you keep doing a particular program your body will eventually adapt so keep at it my friend and eventually it won't be a problem ;)

When I get started I eat lots of carrots, apples, popcorn, etc. ....things that are low cal, high fiber that make me feel full longer .....and tons of water! Best of luck!
  • Right?! My daily count is supposed to be 1200. 1200! The wrap I made is mostly arugula, and it's still over 600 alone. Weighing out cheese servings is the most depressing thing.

Snoricakes, i think you fubbed the initial settings. Try going moderate weightloss instead of the full dive for a few weeks. E.g. instead of 2lbs per week try 0.5 or 1lbs only. ;)

    yes. this^
I was told to eat only 1200 as well but then I decided that I didn't like being cold all the time and occasionally light-headed during exercise. Still losing on 1400 (plus about 1/4-1/2 exercise calories) and much much happier.

Yes, it's not healthy to eat so little I think. There are some stickied notes about this in the getting started section iirc. Read them and get started correctly and safely
