Question... Ever since I had my first baby 15 years ago, I was "blessed" with the ugliest stretch marks on my arms. That was also about 100 lbs ago too so as you can imagine, they just got worse. Will I ever be able to get rid of those completely with strength training in my arms? Any suggestions or tips. Be nice... :wink:

Need help understanding calorie totals...PLEASE!!
Net calories at least 1200 a day or consumed calories at least 1200 a day???? I'm so confused.... my MFP goal is at 1320. I eat well over 1200 calories a day for the most part but burn off 300-800 calories a day netting usually under 1000. Does anyone know how to explain this??
