You will find a version of this recipe online but I did my research and tweeked it to make it healthier! :D

Dry Ingredients:

★1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats ★1/2 cup whole wheat flour ★1/2 cup all-purpose flour ★1/2 teaspoon baking soda ★1/2 teaspoon salt ★1/4 c packed brown sugar ★1 tsp cinnamon ★1/2 tsp nutmeg

Wet Ingredients:

★2 tbsp water (in place of 1 egg) ★2 tbsp unsweetened apples (in place of veg oil) ★1 tsp Vanilla exract ★6oz. (3/4 c) chobani 0% vanilla yogurt (or plain to reduce sugars) + 3/4c skim milk whisked together (in place of buttermilk)

Directions

In a med bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In another small bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Let sit for a few minutes to allow oatmeal to soften. Pour batter by 1/3 cupful onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top but check bottoms as to not burn; cook until the second side is golden brown. Yield: about 10 pancakes. (I YIELDED 7 PANCAKES)

I just made these and they were delicious!! I left out the nutmeg because i don't like it and replaced it with a little extra cinnamon. I also used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt. My batch came out to 10 pancakes and I am 100% sure I will be making them again and again!
