Stopped using MFP a year ago - getting back on the wagon
I used MFP up until about a year ago, and since then I've gained a whole bunch of weight back. I didn't like how restricted I felt by the constant calorie counting, but I also don't like not fitting into my clothes. Looking for motivation and support on how to get back on track.

Good protein snacks for someone not bodybuilding
Hi there! I'm doing alright fitness-wise, but I was wondering what some good protein snacks would be that aren't protein shakes, fatty cheeses, or yoghurt. I'm willing to cook lean meat for meals, but I'm looking for snacks I can easily bring to work. Any suggestions appreciated!
