I don't have a set weigh in day, and I don't have a set day for a cheat meal. I think that is my problem. I will make Thursday my weigh in day and one meal on a Saturday my cheat meal. I have been on the site consistently for few weeks now. Keeping track of every calorie and all of my workouts (5-6 times a week). I have lost about 5 pounds and this is the most successful I have been since starting medical school. I wish to get more support to help me stay on track!
