Fell off the wagon in Dec after doing this WOL for about 5 months (and losing 10kgs). Everyone always says - Muscle weighs more than Fat - My question is how much more??? I have noticed that I seem to have toned up a lot this week but only lost half a kilo and it made me think..... So anyone with some info, I would love to hear it! Cheers :)
