Just get up and move!
This morning I was reading the message boards. Here I am SITTING reading what everyone else is doing to obtain their goals! Why can't I do that .....So I got up and moved! I went for a walk / jog. ( Never jogged before). I am glad reading your posts made me want to get up and move! So Thank You!:smile:
