Marinated a pork tenderloin then put it in slow cooker. It's not a sauce so how much of the marinade should I count for calories etc? 1 TBSP?
If I marinate a pork tenderloin in marinade and then roast it, how much marinade would I include per serving that I would consume?? I mean its not like a sauce that you would serve it with, its just what you soak meat in then cook it. A TBSP maybe? :frown:
