How to count marinade

If I marinate a pork tenderloin in marinade and then roast it, how much marinade would I include per serving that I would consume?? I mean its not like a sauce that you would serve it with, its just what you soak meat in then cook it. A TBSP maybe? :frown:

If you want to get technical, you can weigh the marinade before adding the meat, and then after marinading the meat, and the difference would be the amount you would log.0
