When is your birthday and what is your goal in that amount of time?
I feel like I'm doing a good job but then I see the protein in red and I was wondering if I need to keep it green to lose weight.
It seems like I usually get right up to the 1,200 calories that Myfitness pal says I should hit but I go over the amount of protein a lot. Is this not a good thing?
When MFP asks how many cups of "Spinich" did you eat, does it mean cooked or uncooked. Do I measure veggies before or after I cook them?
