I'm frustrated with my current scale. When I weigh myself weekly, when I step on and off the scale, the numbers vary 3 pounds. Any suggestions for an accurate scale under $60.00?
Anyone have excess fat on the top of their back/shoulder and neck? My looks like a small hump of fat. Any ideas on how to make it smaller with exercise or does it get smaller with weight loss? I hate look sideways in the mirror and seeing this big bunch of fat.
