how long can I take off due to foot pain?
So I made it to W6D1 pain-free. Now that I'm supposed to be starting W6D2, I have horrible foot pain and I'm afraid to keep going and make things worse. Why does Week 6 look too easy?
I just completed W5D3 (20 min run) yesterday and I'm looking ahead to week 6. Is it just me or does W6D1 (10 run, 5 walk, 10 run) seem too easy of a progression? Is that the point- to build my confidence and likely increase my speed for week 6? Did I download a poor quality app to follow?
