Can someone help me make sense of my totals
I am watching my totals and making sure they stay in the 'green' assuming that means i am on track. It is unch time and I know what I am having for dinner so I have inputted that already. I look at my totals and I am ALWAYS over (red) in Protien and Fibre. I can't imagine that this is a bad thing.....is it? Totals 1,106…
