Can someone help me make sense of my totals

I am watching my totals and making sure they stay in the 'green' assuming that means i am on track. It is unch time and I know what I am having for dinner so I have inputted that already. I look at my totals and I am ALWAYS over (red) in Protien and Fibre. I can't imagine that this is a bad thing.....is it?

Remaining 94 63 6 -31 -1
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber

Can someone please help me understand this. I have been here less than a week and haven't ever used a tracker like this before.

    MFPs default protein settings is too low anyway. and fiber is good for you if you eat too much your body will let you know in gas and/or bloat

    i wouldnt worry about it

    I dont look at my totals often except to make sure im under in fat , sugar, sodium and such. Being over in protein has never bothered me :)
