It seems that everyone on MFP is trying to lose weight, is there anyone else trying to gain? I'm going for 168lbs (12st) as my ideal weight and hopefully all muscle. Current weight is 147lbs (10st 7lbs)
Hey, so I worked out that running/walking burn the same amount of calories per mile/KM through copious amounts of google searches. Obviously you'll burn more per hour running/jogging, but if you have the time you can always walk it and burn the same amount of calories. You also don't need that shower afterwards because…
