Need Tips for Maintenance
If anyone had told me last February that I would be at my goal weight by December, I would not have believed them! However, now I'm scared. It has been a lot of hard work, and at 48 I'm tired of yo-yo dieting. I did it right this time with exercise and healthier food choices and portion control. I want to stay this way!…

Sabotaged by Packaging!
 Just wanted to share with everyone what happened recently. I bought a 12 pack of what I thought was DIET caffeine free Pepsi at the store last week. I've been really frustrated that I have been stuck the last week or so and even appeared to gain a little. Last night, while sipping my "DIET" soda, I glanced at the…

Need Words of Wisdom
:frown: Okay, I've been here before, but I'm really frustrated. I have actually gained about 2 lbs over the last week while faithfully following my nutrition/exercise plan. Did I REALLY burn that many?
I went outside at 9:30 a.m. and mowed, edged and weed-ate the lawn and came in at 12:30. I had 3 20 oz G2's and tons of water but only took breaks long enough to swig more liquid. I I entered 150 minutes of lawn mowing, general, to account for quickie breaks and make sure I didn't overestimate. Did I really burn 1032…

Hubby Needs BIG Reward
 Six months ago I started my fitness/weight loss program, and at the same time my hubby of 22 years gave up alcohol (okay, it was ugly, the kids and I basically attacked and gave him an ultimatum). Three months ago he changed jobs and is out of state with one of our two kids still at home. We talk 2-3 times or more…
