Fitness Trackers?
Do you use them? Why? Which one? Would you recommend it? I noticed there are a LOT of fitness trackers out there, (like the fitbug, fitbit, jawbone up etc) and it's become really confusing. Care to share your experiences?

Good Cardio DVDs/Videos?
I'm looking for some dvds or internet videos I can use to supplement my current workouts. Since I already do strength training, I would really prefer these videos to be just cardio (i.e. Not a lot lf squats/pushups). Any ideas? Even those that are part of a set (how about the cardio from p90x)? Thanks!

Lift numbers getting lower?!
We had back squats for the skill part of our WOD...
