Goot fats?
So does this site differentiate the saturated and the mono and poly unsaturated fats? These are important to eat and I would like to see how they are fitting into my diet. It's always easier with a tracker.

Does anyone know?
If you know you're going to be eating something less than healthy- say you are going to a birthday party, and you wanna eat cake, does it make a difference if you eat little up until that point in the day? Like will your body store the fat over the whole day, or after you eat the cake? I hope this makes sense...
