Goot fats?

So does this site differentiate the saturated and the mono and poly unsaturated fats? These are important to eat and I would like to see how they are fitting into my diet. It's always easier with a tracker.

You can track saturated fats. If you look at my diary that is one of the things that I do track. I think the other kinds of fats are grouped together...at least I didn't see where you can track them separately.0
