I lost a TON of weight on the 5&1 plan many years ago. I remember journaling via post-it notes and emails to myself to keep track of my meals. Should be a lot easier to track now using map! I have a lot of weight to lose. Anyone else starting up this week?
I am addicted to the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad at McDonald's and also like the Chick-fil-A Southwest Chargrilled Salad w/fat free honey mustard. What's everyone else eating?! :) ciao
