I'm not able to track my stationary bike ride, says its not found. Any advice on what I should do?
I've been tracking for a few days and I feel like I'm eating way to much food. Can I set my food intake lower. I'm not finding any info on the site, feeling alittle lost. :(
I'm new and starting tomorrow, just wondering how you all use the menu planners. Do you plan your meal for the next day and print it or wing it and add everything in later in the day? Thanks, Erin
