I was feedng my pup a cheap store brand and she was to thin and not eating . We switched to Blue Buffalo and she LOVES it, she has more energy and her skin problems have cleared up!

I'm at 1700 cal a day, I guess it has something to do with the fact that I did weight watchers for most of my life. I did just weigh myself and I'm down a few but you know how weight can fluctuate! lol I have a pulled muscle but I'm going to try to work out tomorrow, I think that will make me feel like i'm working harder…

I'm 198lbs, 5'9" tall and I wear size 16pants, XL tops. Tying to get to a size 12, big for some people but I look best in size 12.

I make mine with frozen berries, 1/2 a bannana, FF yogurt, V8 splash lite, a few ice cubes and 1 equal . REALLY GOOD!

I'm new and starting tomorrow, just wondering how you all use the menu planners. Do you plan your meal for the next day and print it or wing it and add everything in later in the day? Thanks, Erin
